I just love my family’s Hondas. We have 4 of the SUVs in the family and they are the best, longest-lasting cars:

  1. (mine) 2013 Acura RDX
  2. 2014 Honda CRV-EX
  3. 2003 Honda Pilot — has 239.500 miles on it
  4. 2006 Honda CRV – my daughter’s car in Boston

We have had our 2003 Pilot for 17 years and the only major work it has had was replacing the timing belts twice, at 105K and 210K miles. There is not better car for getting through the CO snow with its high ground clearance, AWD and weight.

I cruise around in my 2013 RDX. It’s not too fancy, but is comfortable with a nice all leather interior. Its 273 HP V6 makes the car stealthily quick and it gets > 20 MPG in the city and almost 30 MPG on the freeway. Have had it for 3 years and I’ve put on 38,000 with zero issues. I just change the oil when the light comes on.
